Roast Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas go with any and every meal and are perfect as a little snack when I'm working as they are super healthy and soo satisfying. They are crunchy little balls of deliciousness and can be coated in whatever spices you wish. My favourite flour has to be smoked chickpeas, which I am sharing with you here. Hope you like them! Ingredients: 1 tin drained NOT rinsed chickpeas (save the liquid for meringues!) 2 tbsp. smoked paprika 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil 1 tsp salt  pepper Method: Set the oven to 180degrees Toss the drained chickpeas with all of the herbs and spices Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy
